San Rafael Chemical Services specializes in HPLC analysis of biological material. For instrumentation we use Hewlett Packard’s 1090 series II / L HPLCs with photodiode array detectors to an HP 5989 A – Mass Spectrometer engine. For certain compounds and for method development the HPLC is interfaced through either thermospray or a particle beam. We also have the HP 5890 series II Gas Chromatograph for GC/MS determinations (Volatiles, Semi-Volatiles, etc.) along with other devices. Professional associations include the American Chemical Society (ACS), the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS and the Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC). |
